If you are presenting at ICDAM 2023, please review the guidelines below.
ICDAM 2023 Oral Sessions Guidelines
Each individual talk is 10 minutes in length plus three (3) minutes time for Questions and Answers. There will be a moderator who will advise you of the time remaining during your presentation, kindly observe the time restrictions out of respect for other presenters.
The classroom will be equipped with:
· Projector and screen (please use 16:9 slide ratio)
· Lectern microphone
· Laptop computer

- Your presentation slides will be loaded onto the classroom laptop in advance.
- To ensure that there aren't any unforeseen formatting or compatibility issues, all speakers MUST provide/upload their presentation via USB stick to the registration desk according to the following schedule:
- Symposia 1-3: Upload on Monday 17:30-19:00
- Symposia 4-6 and 10: Upload on Tuesday 08:30-13:00
- Symposia 7-9: Upload on Tuesday 13:00-17:30
- Oral Sessions 1-3: upload on Tuesday 0830-1300
- Oral Sessions 4-9: upload on Tuesday 1300-1730
- Oral Sessions 10-15: upload on Wednesday 0930-1345
- Symposia 1-3: Upload on Monday 17:30-19:00
- Please ensure your presentation/digital file is identified with your last name and the oral session in which it is being presented (ie. SMITH, Oral Session 2)
- Downloading of presentations from the cloud prior to or during the session is NOT permitted due to time constraints.
- Please plan to bring your own laptop as a back up. Please note, HDMI cables will be provided.
- If you use a MAC or have a different connection, please let us know AND you will need to provide your own adapters/dongles.
ICDAM 2023 Poster Presentation Guidelines
The maximum size for your poster should be 4ft high x 3ft wide (122cm h x 92cm w) - you do not need to use the full space, so this is suitable for A0 size paper. All posters should be in portrait format. The poster board system will be a hanging style system using clips. Clips and weights will be provided (see photo below).

Recommended poster information includes:
- Please include your poster number on the top left corner of your poster
- Keep text to a minimum
- Ensure text is in large font
- Use graphs, charts and/or tables
- Ensure contents have a logical flow
- Make it colourful
There are three poster sessions. Poster presenters should be available during the session times they have been assigned to discuss their work with attendees. An email noting their assigned time has been sent to each poster presenter. Posters will be available for viewing during the same day coffee break & networking times. For those interested in printing your poster in Limerick, you may contact Troy Marketing Limerick. ICDAM 2023 will make arrangements to pick up posters printed locally and deliver to the registration desk on Monday, June 26th after 1600h.

Please set up and remove your posters during the allocated poster times so as not to impact other presenters. Locations will be assigned according to your unique poster number.
Kindly remove your poster at the end of the display period. Posters not removed by the deadline will be removed by meeting staff. Please note that the posters will be held at the registration desk until the end of the conference after which time they will be recycled.
